My approach…
I really believe exercise is here to add to your life, not drain it. It can be playful, curious and genuinely enjoyable: alongside doing hard things too. Not hard for the sake of it, but the kind of hard that leaves you thinking, oh… I’m stronger than I thought; not just physically, but mentally too.
I’m all about movement that gives you more energy, more confidence and more trust in yourself. Strength is a big part of my work, but so is ease, fun and learning how your body actually likes to move. I wasn’t someone who felt naturally “sporty”, I simply fell in love with how exercise made me feel. I remember being the newbie in the gym, unsure and not knowing where to start, which is why I care so much about making movement feel approachable and something you actually want to come back to.
My approach is simple:

workouts that work for you (not the other way round)
I’ve spent the last 17 years working and studying in health and wellness, with a background in nursing, personal training, yoga, psychology and life coaching. But more importantly, I’ve lived it. After pregnancy, I experienced years of chronic pain and pelvic floor symptoms, which led me to truly understand the body from the inside out. I’m now pain-free, and I use everything I’ve learned to help others feel confident, capable and at home in their bodies again.

“I never thought I needed a personal trainer but after three kids and the start of menopause I had some women's health issues that no amount of YouTube videos had managed to address and I was feeling pretty desperate.
I booked a block of sessions with Clara and she helped me do targeted exercises, gradually increasing and evolving the plan over twelve weeks. Clara is brilliant at explaining things in as many ways as it takes to get me using the right muscles. She's a joy to work with too.
I should also add that Clara's exercises have worked a wonder on my lower back which is a very welcome bonus.
