Who It’s For
If you have a health or wellbeing goal you are struggling to achieve then this is for you. It could be to exercise and look after your body better, eat a healthier diet, lose weight, feel more confident, work on relationships, reducing stress or anxiety to feel more confidence at work are just some examples
If you are willing to take action on your dreams
It’s unfortunately not for people with active mental health conditions, current substance addiction issues as I am unfortunately not qualified in these areas
