I offer personal training and exercise classes to build strength, having fun and create a body and mind you love to live in. I offer solo personal training and or coaching depending on each clients individual need. I have several qualifications in physical rehab, specifically in postural alignment, women’s health and rehabilitation from injury. This means I’m qualified to work with and improve symptoms of mild and moderate back pain, pelvic pain, foot and ankle pain, leaking incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse. So much more is possible in terms of physical rehabilitation and healing when we look a little deeper than our muscles. Whatever your goal, whether it’s to lose weight, build muscle or rehab pain or injury, working with our nervous system, bones, joints and ligaments, our muscles, even our organs gives us much deeper physical and mental transformation. When we create the right environment for healing through exercise; movement can allow us to feel grounded, safe and at home in our bodies again.
